We are independent mortgage advisers able to advise on and arrange a wide variety of mortgages from lenders across the market. Our in-house mortgage adviser Dave Rees has been working in this sector since 2001 and he holds the Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice offering a wealth of experience in helping clients with their mortgage needs, including:
- Home movers and first-time buyers
- Remortgages (including options offered by the existing lender, where applicable)
- Buy to let
- Equity release/lifetime mortgages
Dave also has experience with other more specialised areas of lending such as bridging finance, second charge lending, and commercial lending.
